Purchased 2 pallets from liquidation sales wrld . The money was taken immediately. After 2 weeks of no update on shipment we reached out and were told it takes up to 14 business days for shipment to update. The following day we receive a call saying “they can’t find the pallets”. We requested a refund and were told refunds take up to 10 days after cancellation, which they still have not processed the cancellation even though the pallets are “lost”. After checking online days after they called us to inform us the pallets were lost, the order is still open. They are quick to take your money, but not refund it.
Save your time and money and purchase from somewhere else.
Liquidation sales world is very prompt, delivery is excellent along with customer service. Direct liquidation does a good job on product description. Their transportation rates are very fair and the customer service works great meeting your schedule. I am very satisfied.
They sold me $1,000 of BROKEN merchandise you’re better off throwing your money in the trash or donating. Terrible customer service! I was told that I am pretty much screwed.
